    We’re looking for a passionate and motived individual  to join AIDS Healthcare Foundation’s 2020 Rental Affordability Act campaign. THIS POSITION IS A TEMPORARY WITH A POTENTIAL ASSIGNMENT THROUGH NOVEMBER, 2020.


    This person will work with the AHF creative media and our housing advocacy division, Housing Is A Human Right, on an up-to-a-year-long campaign fighting for the expansion of rent control policies to protect tenants in California. We’re seeking a Creative Media Manager with at least two to three years of experience who will implement strategy, drive daily content creation and increase engagement with the goal of expanding the campaign’s reach and impact. They will play a crucial role in strategizing, executing and producing commercials for online, YouTube, social media, google ads, and TV.



    Responsibilities will include:

    • Writes, produces and directs videos and commercials
    • Manages photo shoots for RAA events
    • Acts as direct liaison between internal staff and outside vendors to coordinate efficient and timely completion of projects.
    • Coordinates video and photo shoots in various markets as assigned by Ass. Dir. of Creative Media.
    • Responsible for organizing and maintaining media related data.
    • ‪‪Delivers or ships materials to and from vendors.
    • Manages hiring and supervising freelance photographers; video teams; and special campaign teams.
    • Researches and prepares proposals and presentations.
    • Coordinates in-house photo and video shoots as assigned.
    • Ensures appropriate consent forms and releases are on file.
    • Processes vendor invoices for departmental approval in keeping with AHF policy. 

    What you bring to the table:

    • Ability to work in a fast pace working environment and able to produce alot of content quickly
    • A passion for making an impact and commitment to the objectives of the campaign
    • 2-3 years of experience working in video production and editing
    • Familiarity with ADOBE SUITES/PREMIERE
    • Comfortable translating data and analytics into digestible and actionable takeaways
    • Have a strong understanding of an editorial and brand voice
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven excellent project management, organizational and analytical skills
    • Non-traditional hours as needed to support urgent request
