The AIDS Healthcare Foundation is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our amazing HR Team!
This position is to work on a regular, exempt, fulltime basis, the hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and it is based out of our offices in Hollywood, CA. The ideal candidate must be able to travel locally throughout the LA and San Diego Area.
The Human Resources Generalist contributes to the success of the organization by running the daily functions of the HR team. The HR Generalist will be the main point of contact to multiple directors, managers, supervisors, and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, recruiting, training, and employee relations in Seattle, Northern California, and Southern California.
The HR Generalist will be an effective and efficient communicator and have a strong knowledge of all relevant HR policies and practices. Additionally, the Human Resources Generalist will assist with the development of HR policies and procedures and performs HR analysis as required.
The HR Generalist will provide a wide range of HR support. A successful candidate will provide a key role in terminations, employee relations, and performance management.
