This position is to work on a regular, exempt, fulltime basis, the hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and it is based out of our offices in Hollywood, CA.
The Human Resources Business Partner contributes to the success of the organization through the use of appropriate HR policies and practices, and communication. Additionally, the Human Resources Business Partner will assist with the development of HR policies and procedures and performs HR analysis as required
Under general supervision provided by the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner will conduct research and answers routine and non-routine questions related to HR within certain limitations, interprets policy where clear-cut procedures do not exist.
The Human Resources Business Partner provides resources to multiple Director(s), managers, supervisors, and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, recruiting, training, and employee relations in Seattle, Northern California, and Southern California.
