The Data Entry Coordinator contributes to AHF's mission by collecting, maintaining and reporting information on our Healthcare Centers. By phoning, collecting data as outlined, updating as scheduled, and presenting to Department of Medicine. Entering information correctly, the impact to: healthcare center operations, staffing, patient satisfaction, patient retention, etc. will be immensely impacted in a positive manner.
Professional articulate verbal communication skills are essential for telephone segment of position. Accurate and efficient data entry skills, and demonstrating the ability to exercise critical thinking skills are essential to the reporting and presentation of data.
The Data Entry Coordinator will be required to manage projects— while meeting deadlines—and be adaptable in shifting from different requests at a moment’s notice, ensure that accurate data is delivered in a timely fashion and professional and pleasant whenever communicating with internal or external clients. Professional verbal communication, critical thinking, analytical skills, and a proficiency in Microsoft Excel are immediately required for the position.
