The Maintenance Lead Technician contributes to AHF by projecting and integrating our mission and values, to the public through preventative maintenance of both leased and owned properties of the Healthy Housing Foundation as well as maintaining property and performing renovations as needed.
The Maintenance Lead Technician has proven experience at a similar position. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, maintenance of locks and cutting keys. Experience using hand and electrical tools ability to read technical manuals and drawings, very good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to detect any malfunctions and conduct repairs at HHF locations. The Maintenance Technician should always comply with industry standards and safety conditions. Duties also includes collaborating with the Regional Property Operations Manager on functionality of machinery and equipment.
The Maintenance Technician adds value to AHF by adapting to situations, being flexible, accommodating and having excellent attitude and willingness to help.
