A HICP Navigator contributes to AHF by specializing in enrolling patients into ACA Health Plans and related financial assistance programs. They will track and monitor the status and progress of the ACA enrollment and HICP Program approval.
A HICP Navigator enhances the reputation of AHF by presenting a friendly and helpful face to patients that need assistance obtaining health insurance coverage.
