The SB Operations Trainer contributes to AHF by assisting the Southern Bureau and Service Lines in leading, implementing, and integrating the Mission and Core Values of AHF and AHF’s Management Philosophy in the leadership and training of the programs within and outside AIDS Healthcare Foundation.
The SB Operations Trainer enhances the reputation of AHF by creating and implementing ongoing training policies, guidelines and reference resources for staff to address areas of need such as Benefits, State Required plans, Grantee New requirements, Audit Measures and HCC onsite trainings and coverage for Practice Managers – this will include daily visit prep checklists, training and monitoring.
