AID Atlanta is seeking a skilled consultant who is an expert in HUD’s Housing Quality Standards. Consultants would be required to perform physical inspection of a property that's assisted by HUD to assess its condition and ensure the health and safety of its residents.
This is a contracted position where inspections are performed on an as needed basis.
A. Services. Consultant's services shall consist primarily of the following (additional duties as applicable)
B. Personnel. Consultant will, with prior written authorization from AID Atlanta, personally provide the services required by this agreement unless Consultant is ill.
C. Performance Standards. In performing services under this agreement, consultant will (i) use diligent efforts and professional skills and judgment; (ii) perform professional services in accordance with recognized standards of the applicable profession; (iii) comply with the bylaws, rules, and regulations of AID Atlanta; (iv) comply with all material and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations; and (v) comply with policies of AID Atlanta.
