A Wellness Client Care Specialist (WCCS2) contributes to AHF's mission by presenting a friendly, helpful face to patients seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment in our Wellness Clinics and Fixed Site locations. A WCCS2 is a hybrid role providing courteous, confidential, and professional support to clients within testing programs.
A WCCS2 enhances the reputation of AHF by embodying our commitment to excellence in patient care, patient retention, operational efficiency, and adaptability. With a versatile skill set and dedication to seamlessly transitioning between clinical, administrative, and front office roles, WCCS2s contribute to a positive experience, fostering trust and loyalty.

A WCCS2 must have a valid phlebotomy license (OR) have a current medical assistant (MA) certificate. This individual must be able to travel day to day to various Wellness and Fixed Site locations depending on staffing needs and directed by supervisor. |
