A Front Office Clerk, FOC contributes to AHF by contributing to a team centered attitude and new outreach strategies.The FOC is generally the first team member to interact with the members. Within their duties, greets the member, assists the member signing into the clinic, and creates a medical record. In addition, give feedback to their manager about how services coule be improved.
A FOC enhances the reputation of AHF by helping with our mission to provide compassionate and informing care to our members.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
The FOC will work as a part of a close-knit team to start clinic flow and assist with administration duties. This position has the opportunity to be engaged, personable and relatable, with the probability of members returning for services in the future.
