Benefits at AHF

AHF offers comprehensive benefits to help our employees do and be their very best! These benefits are intended to enhance employee physical, financial, spiritual and professional health.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!

A Southern Bureau Executive Assistant (SBEA) contributes to AHF by assisting the Bureau Chief and the Deputy Bureau Chief as the division point of contact for the Bureau Chief and the Deputy Bureau Chief. The SBEA has a welcoming presence and is the epicenter of knowledge and communication for the Bureau Chief and the Deputy Bureau Chief. The EA reports to the Bureau Chief and the Deputy Bureau Chief and assists the Bureau Chief and the Deputy Bureau Chief by funneling critical information within the organization, both internally and externally.

A Southern Bureau Executive Assistant (SBEA) enhances the reputation of AHF by acting as a liaison between departments to connect employees with the appropriate contacts or Subject Matter Experts, understanding the importance and value of time management and contributes to improving the organization for the Bureau Chief and the Deputy Bureau Chief by utilizing the latest technology and communication techniques. The SBEA is nimble in approaching various situations and communications with internal and external personnel and should exemplify the divisions' ability to “fight for what’s right” through clear documentation and organization. Assist the Southern Bureau Leadership Team with communications and tasks.

You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.

To be successful as a Southern Bureau Executive Assistant (SBEA) it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

The Southern Bureau Executive Assistant (SBEA) will work as a part of a close-knit team to scheduling travel and conference activities through AmTrav and other approved methods, preparing monthly expense reports for review, project management and scheduling, generating and distributing reports and written communications, and managing the Bureau Chief and the Deputy Bureau Chief’s appointments.
