YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!

The HR Coordinator - Global contributes to AHF by  providing day-to-day support and guidance to AHF global staff and management in all aspects of international Human Resources. The scope of responsibility will be both tactical and strategic.  The Global HR Coordinator will work closely to anticipate and mitigate employee and organizational issues, make recommendations and implement solutions to attract, motivate, develop and retain key global employees.

 

The HR Coordinator - Global enhances the reputation of AHF by supporting Bureau Chiefs, Country Program Managers, and staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with various aspects of the new hires/exit process, maintaining our HRIS system up-to date, preparing and processing cost-of-living adjustments (COLA) and other salary adjustments for staff, system reporting, and other ad hoc project assigned to ultimately provide exemplary service to support AHF Global responsibilities and goals.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

 

The HR Coordinator - Global will work as a part of a close-knit team to ensure that AHF Global goals and standards are met. Working alongside the HR Global group, you will be required to participate in regularly scheduled meetings with HR staff to exchange information and provide ongoing support and problem resolution.  

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
