This position requires planning, coordinating and monitoring all programmatic, contractual and fiscal activities for the Residential Services department for efficient, effective operations and compliance with established licensing and standards of care requirements.

POSTIONS SUPERVISED
Department staff including Nursing, Kitchen, Social worker, Resident Support Staff and administrative staff and other health disciplines as required.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION
Florida State License as LCSW, LMHC or LMFT or RN
Valid Florida Drivers License and ongoing proof of insurance
AHCA Level II background screening
HIV 500
Florida ALF Core Training and Administrator
HOWPA / HUDE Certifications
