The Associate Director of Ryan White Compliance contributes to AHF by overseeing post-award Ryan White grants compliance, monitor and train program staff on Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Services Report (RSR) data collection, annual RSR submission of all Ryan White grants, monitor and ensure compliance with city, county, state and federal grants requirements, expand billing opportunities by identifying and overcoming the barriers to billing, RW training focused on eligibility documentation, client and service data collection, and create Ryan White policies identified in the monitoring tools.

 The Associate Director of Ryan White Compliance enhances the reputation of AHF by demonstrating an in-depth and sophisticated understanding of Ryan White grant reporting and billing issues, functions independently, and is expected to exercise the highest levels of judgment in dealing with grantees and AHF staff.

The Associate Director of Ryan White Compliance will work as a part of a close-knit team to enhance the evolving grants contract management infrastructure. The ability to understand and interpret grant requirements is critical. This position requires the ability to interpret and administer a variety of regulations, policies, grant agreements, and award documents to determine grant compliance requirements.
