The Lead Pharmacy Service Coordinator contributes to AHF by providing direct support to members, pharmacies, and providers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing prior authorizations, troubleshooting pharmacy claims issues, delivering quality customer service, retention and re-engagement of patients, and addressing any pharmacy-related questions from members. The Lead Pharmacy Service Coordinator enhances the reputation of AHF by enriching the quality of patient care, improving patient satisfaction, and achieving positive health outcomes though personalized care. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as the Lead Pharmacy Service Coordinator , it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF, we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
