An intern in our department will gain experience in patient outreach, data management, and administrative tasks. They will develop organizational skills by handling reports, improve communication by working with patients and team members, and strengthen problem-solving through real-time task management. They will also be exposed to compliance processes, survey distribution, and interdepartmental collaboration. Their main project will be assisting with the Client Satisfaction Survey, where they will review & enter patient feedback and learn the systems and portals used to complete the project.
