The Housing Legal Coordinator contributes to AHF by by supporting the legal and administrative processes related to eviction procedures, court filings, and vendor coordination.
The Housing Legal Coordinator enhances the reputation of AHF by ensuring compliance with local regulations, maintaining organized legal records, and providing timely updates to the Housing Team.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
The Housing Legal Coordinator will work as a part of a close-knit team to manage eviction notices, court filings, and vendor services effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and editing eviction notices
Uploading eviction notices as required by local government agencies
Coordination of service of eviction notices with AHF Property Management staff
Completion of court forms and documents
Arranging for court filing of unlawful detainer complaints and supporting papers in collaboration with vendor
Arranging for service of legal papers with process server vendor
Preparation of writ enforcement packets for submission to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office
Maintaining internal files and records
Preparing status updates for Housing Team
Preparation of rent roll reports
Arrange for payment of vendors via A/P staff
Service and mailing of court documents
