YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!

The Business Office Clerk team member contributes to AHF by managing the distribution of mail, as well as the managing of timely response to medical record requests. They must handle requests that come from health plans, other providers and at times legal entities. The Business Office Clerk must document work activities; follow billing guideline changes; and identify payer trends. They must also contribute to maintaining strong vendor account relationships.

 

The Business Office Clerk enhances the reputation of AHF by consistent application of AHF's internal financial policies & payment processing procedures and adherence to AHFs internal controls. This includes interpretation and follow up on Explanation of Benefits for accurate and timely maintenance of provider information on all claims and provider databases. He/ She ensures that all data is validated and appropriately adheres to business and system requirements.
