A Referral Coordinator contributes to AHF by providing a vital link between healthcare providers, patients, and specialists.
A Referral Coordinator enhances the reputation of AHF by ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care in the processing of internal and specialty referrals/services. This role is multifaceted, encompassing administrative tasks, patient advocacy, and fostering collaborative relationships with various stakeholders.
You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.
