Benefits at AHF

AHF offers comprehensive benefits to help our employees do and be their very best! These benefits are intended to enhance employee physical, financial, spiritual and professional health.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!

A Legal Case Administrator contributes to AHF by overseeing the administrative duties of the AHF litigation team. This includes preparing civil-litigation pleadings with accuracy and attention to detail—such as proofreading or adding caption pages, tables of contents and authorities, bookmarks, and tab dividers—and getting those pleadings filed correctly in multiple courts and served properly on opposing parties. The role involves coordinating depositions, court appearances, and travel; maintaining court calendars and case files; preparing and sending correspondence via U.S. mail and email; processing reimbursements and invoices; and reviewing incoming mail to determine appropriate follow-up under a lawyer’s guidance.

In addition to administrative responsibilities, the Legal Case Administrator could be expected to support litigation-related tasks, including assisting with discovery requests and document production, preparing and serving court filings, organizing evidence and case materials, proofreading legal documents, conducting light legal research, and helping attorneys prepare deposition and trial materials. This role combines administrative work and supporting litigation efforts.

A Legal Case Administrator enhances the reputation of AHF by providing key administrative support and communicating with the courts. The administrator will handle tasks that allow the attorneys to focus on substantive legal work on these cases.

You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.

To be successful as a Legal Case Administrator it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

The Legal Case Administrator will work as a part of a close-knit team to add consistent value to the litigation team by being a team player, being timely, organized, a good communicator, flexible, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities, and adapting to various situations with ease. The administrator also contributes significantly by being adept at technology, such as programs, like LawToolBox, Excel, and Word.

We at AIDS Healthcare Foundation believe that each individual is entitled to equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, veteran status or disability. The right of equal employment opportunity extends to recruiting, hiring selection, transfer, promotion, training and all other conditions of employment. AHF will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the ordinance.
