AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
The Community Health Worker will work as a part of a close knit team to ensure clients receive seamless, comprehensive care and support. By collaborating with prevention staff, clinicians, and outreach teams, they help coordinate services and share insights that strengthen program impact. Their teamwork fosters an environment of mutual respect, open communication, and shared purpose, allowing the department to effectively reach communities, reduce health disparities, and advance AHF’s mission together. .
