Focusing on delivering exceptional client/user systems support while improving the way healthcare users interact with our IT/clinical applications. You play a critical role in resolving complex issue for providers and staff. Using your analystical skill and understanding of the workflows, to drive solutions that are both timly and effective. Your ability to interrupt and troubleshoot issues within our EHR and lab systems ensure smooth day-to-day operations for our systems and users.
Skills and Qualifications: 3-5+ years of experience as systems analyst or business analyst, ideally within a healthcare environment. Bachelor degree in information systems, computer science, health informatics, or related field. Preferred experience with EHR systems such as Athena Health. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated success in supporting clinical application, system upgrades, or EHR implementations. Work effective as part of IT team.
