The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing AHF’s mission by providing essential support for projects and initiatives that enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall performance of the Western Bureau. This position directly contributes to the continued improvement and expansion of services and care delivery across the Western Bureau, with occasional support provided to operations nationally as needed.
Functioning as a key administrative and operational support resource, the Operations Coordinator will assist the Project Manager, Western Bureau Chief, and Regional Directors in the execution of region-wide initiatives.
The role requires a high degree of professionalism, initiative, and adaptability, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position demands a collaborative and emotionally intelligent professional who demonstrates reliability, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and workflow improvement.
