The Executive Assistant contributes to AHF by assisting the VP of Operations – Corporate Real Estate & Housing as the division point of contact. The EA has a welcoming presence and is the epicenter of knowledge and communication for the VP of Operations. The EA reports directly to the VP of Operations and assists by funneling critical information within the Facility Department and organization as a whole. The EA is responsible for handling the VP of Operations calendar, scheduling meetings, signing documents, handling expense reports, coding invoices, managing utilities across all Facilities, and providing any support needed for the VP of Operations & Facilities Department. The Executive Assistant enhances the reputation of AHF by understanding the importance and value of time management and contributes to improving the department for the VP of Operations by utilizing the latest technology and communication techniques. The EA is nimble in approaching various situations and communications with internal and external personnel and should exemplify the divisions’ ability to “fight for what’s right” through clear documentation and organization. Additional tasks and responsibilities are assigned as needed.
