The Projects Specialist contributes to AHF by supporting the Construction team in the execution of project coordination and operational support nation-wide. This position plays a key role in managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic priorities. In addition to project responsibilities, the Projects Specialist supports core operations functions by improving internal processes, maintaining systems, and facilitating cross-functional communication—contributing to AHF’s mission and overall effectiveness.
The Projects Specialist enhances the reputation of AHF by ensuring seamless execution of following construction prohects to completion, and other project-based initiatives that promote quality, efficiency, and alignment across departments. By consistently supporting the Construction team and collaborating with other members of the Facility Department, the Specialist helps drive process improvements, improve communication, and support timely project delivery. This role also contributes to the refinement of operations procedures, reinforces internal systems, and advances strategic initiatives that reflect AHF’s commitment to operational execellence and exceptional service.
