The Pharmacy Reconciliation Specialist contributes to AHF by providing detailed research and analysis of pharmacy billing activities and cash collections, and by correcting pharmacy accounts receivable records as directed. The Rx Reconciliation Specialist enhances the reputation of AHF by supporting finance and operational teams with accurate financial data relating to our pharmacy service line in a timely way with high attention to detail. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as the Rx Reconciliation Specialist, it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF, we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The Rx Reconciliation Specialist will work as a part of a close-knit team to meet finance period close deadlines, ensure accurate accounts receivable reporting, and investigate and resolve open reconciliation department issues. |
