A dispatch manager contributes to AHF's mission by presenting a friendly, customer service-based approach to the donation scheduling process. Within their duties of planning routes, communicating with other store managers for donation pickups in a timely and accurate manner. This position has the opportunity to give stand out service that enhances the reputation of AHF and encourage donors to give quality merchandise to OTC and recommend it to others. In addition, timely and accurate job performance will increase AHF's ability to serve more clients.
Precision with tracking drivers on the road, maintaining equipment, deescalating customer service issues to help AHF to maximize the revenue from the store.
The dispatch manager can enhance the experience to OTC and AHF by giving guidance to the staff to increase team morale and efficiency in reaching goals. In addition, providing constant feedback to senior management on how to improve overall quality of OTC and AHF branding. |
