The Program Manager, LPN contributes to AHF by being a resource to clients and community partners. They represent the Foundation and promote the program in the community to foster growth, develop community resources , engage and retain clients, as part of their work with community organizations, the Program Manager/LPN builds and nurtures relationships with agencies that offer additional support services.
The Program Manager, LPN enhances the reputation of AHF by playing an important role in the continuum of HIV Care. Their duties include, but not limited to: Program growth and development, monitoring of all metrics, guaranteeing a positive client experience, working with team members to ensure retention in care, managing daily operations(ie: supplies, schedules) and maintenance logs and upkeep of mobile unit. Ensuring that the EHE grant is in compliance.

The Program Manager, LPN will work as a part of a close-knit team to assist individuals with the mobile healthcare services and providing compassionate and non-judgmental customer service, the Mobile Clinic Program staff enables AHF to be of service to the community by providing support to individuals at a critical and potentially overwhelming moment. The ultimate goal of AHF’s Mobile Clinic program is to assist clients, secure and maintains table and consistent healthcare, resulting in improved outcomes. |
