An AHF Executive Assistant to the Chief of Care Management (EACCM) is the gatekeeper and division point of contact for the Chief of Care Management (CCM). The EACCM provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support for the CCM senior executive, managing complex calendars, communications (emails, calls, mail), travel logistics, and confidential information, acting as a key liaison, and often handling special projects and events to ensure smooth, efficient operations and executive productivity.  The EACCM has a welcoming presence and is the epicenter for knowledge and communication for the CCM while handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. The EACCM assists the CCM by communicating critical information within the organization both internally and externally.

 

The EACCM understands the importance and value of time management and contributes to improving organization for the CCM through the utilization of the latest technology and communication techniques. The EACCM prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets; maintains filing systems, manages databases such as SharePoint, and contacts.   The EACCM oversee special projects, organizes events (internal/off-site), and coordinates/documents team communications, meetings/assigned Committees and manages the general office flow, supplies, and that supports daily functions.

 

The EACCM contributes to AHF by understanding the CCM's core values and ensures that actions and management of the CCM's portfolio is thorough and complete. The Executive Assistant understands and respects employee and client diversity and works with the CCM to promote and coordinate intra/interdepartmental collaboration to promote team building actions and activities that contribute to CM Division and the whole AHF success.

 

 The EACCM is a team player and the objective of this role is to

 provide seamless, high-level support that enables the division executives to focus on strategic goals, acting as a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and organizer to enhance overall productivity.
