The Architect contributes to AHF by committing to design excellence in all assigned projects. In your role you will establish design direction and lead projects from concept design through project completion.

 

The Architect enhances the reputation of AHF by using your highly developed skills and bringing your work to the higher quality level when communicating with clients, handling contract administration, project scheduling, team leadership, building design, technical detailing and coordination of contractors. Ultimately, ensuring that your projects are completed timely and at the highest standard of excellence. In this role you will have an opportunity to prepare and present reports to management and produce detailed working drawings and specifications. You will be visiting AHF sites to check on progress of various projects and use your problem-solving skills to resolve issues that arise during construction.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. 

 

The Architect will work as a part of a close-knit team to the Facilities Department, representing AHF’s mission when working with management, staff, clients, stakeholders, collaborative associates, the community, and governmental agencies.
