A Regional Sales Director contributes to AHF by  providing the organization with a robust sales and marketing plan for pharmacy and managed care services that produces enrollments into our pharmacy and managed care programs and thus builds the revenues needed to serve the AHF Mission. The RSD is a team builder and executes their marketing plan with the sales team, pharmacies, healthcare center sites to reach potential enrollees and introduce the many products at the customers’ disposal through AHF. This role ensures the success of the AHF pharmacy and managed care division sales by executing the AHF marketing and sales strategy and tactics, while assuring all regulatory and accreditation standards are maintained in the execution of their duties.  

 

A Regional Sales Director enhances the reputation of AHF by  identifing internal and external providers with aligned missions to build community relationships, establish an extensive referral base, and maintain those associations to benefit the customers, providers and AHF. This role helps facilitate the development and maintenance of strong communication and marketing presence in the community to champion the Mission of AHF and promote activities that will promote influence, growth and enhancement of revenues.

To be successful as a Regional Sales Director it is crucial to ensure that the AHF core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that your do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees. 

 

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. 

 

The Regional Sales Director will work as a part of a close knit team to  drive census growth and retention across all AHF pharmacies. This role ensures that new pharmacy prescriptions are consistently met while aligning with organizational growth objectives. The RSD collaborates closely with their pharmacy sales representatives to monitor performance, support strategic initiatives, and achieve key growth targets. Additionally, they oversee the execution of the Back In Care and Back In PrEP programs, ensuring that sales representatives actively engage with these initiatives on a weekly basis.
