YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!

The Operations Coordinator/Driver position is a critical role that supports the strategic direction and operational growth of AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF). As AHF continues expanding its mobile testing especially with our pods. The need for strong operational infrastructure becomes increasingly important to ensure programs function efficiently and consistently.

This position helps coordinate the logistical and operational components that allow clinical and outreach teams to focus on patient care and community engagement. This position plays an essential role in ensuring these services are deployed smoothly and on schedule. Responsibilities include transporting testing supplies, outreach materials, and equipment necessary for mobile testing events and day to day operations. The role also assists with the deployment and coordination of mobile units, helping teams arrive prepared and ready to serve the community. By managing these logistical responsibilities, the position reduces operational burdens on testing counselors and clinical staff. This ensures staff can focus their time on providing HIV testing, PrEP, STI testing, and linkage to care services.

This position will be located in the Southern Bureau to better assist the mobile team and have a dedicated individual on deployment of the pod. As PHD's Mobile Wellness model continues to evolve and expand its reach, roles that support operational coordination will become increasingly vital. The Operations Coordinator/Driver position ensures the organization’s programs remain agile, scalable, and responsive to program needs. Investing in this role directly supports AHF’s mission of expanding access to lifesaving HIV prevention, testing, and care services.
