YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!

To lead the strategic launch of AHF in Botswana by securing legal registration, establishing critical government and NGO partnerships, and conducting the foundational assessments necessary to expand life-saving HIV, TB, and SRH services across the region. You will navigate the complexities of local regulations to ensure AHF is fully registered and authorized to operate while building the collaborative framework essential for long-term impact by securing Memoranda of Understanding with national Ministries and local agencies.

By conducting high-level desk reviews and field research, you will identify the most urgent gaps in service delivery and shape our roadmap with actionable recommendations for facility implementation over short, medium, and long-term horizons. In collaboration with the Africa Bureau, you will draft the primary concept proposal that defines our operational identity and identify the local vendors and infrastructure needed to ensure a seamless administrative start-up.

Serving as the primary liaison, you will represent AHF’s mission in meetings with government dignitaries and international development partners while assisting in the development of initial workplans and budgets. Through rigorous health facility assessments, you will determine the most effective locations for providing cutting-edge medicine to those in need, maintaining consistent communication with global teams to ensure our progress remains transparent and aligned with AHF’s international standards.
