Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Testing Program Manager, the Outreach Worker will be responsible for conducting street-based marketing with the distribution of flyers.  The Outreach Worker will be responsible for the following:

• With the assistance of the Testing Program Managers, identify and scout locations for distribution.
• Conduct hand-to-hand distribution of flyers to the public, with verified proof of location and distribution.
• Meet distribution quotas effectively and efficiently.
• Report on number of flyers distributed on a daily basis.

 

Participation in AHF Meetings/Committees

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
High school degree or equivalent; experience in customer service.

Ability to speak effectively in public. Bilingual Spanish-English preferred.

- Must be able to travel locally up to 100% of the time.
- Must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

- Valid driver’s license with proof of liability insurance.
