  • To manage part of the Russian programs – RT and clinical simultaneously, starting with one region, then increasing number of the regions (clear distribution of the responsibilities with the program staff in Russia without duplication of the responsibilities);
  • Manage all penitentiary system programs, RT and clinical ones, including small grants for the penitentiary system;
  • Take leading role in the development of the cooperation with penitentiary system;
  • Regular monitoring of the RT and clinical programs which are under supervision;
  • Regular monitoring visits to the regions;
  • Ensure high quality of the services provided by RT and clinical programs under supervision;
  • Ensure that AHF RT model is implemented in partnership programs;
  • Ensure AHF clinical model is implemented in AHF partnership regions;
  • Ensure validation of the data of the clinical and RT programs;
  • Supervise social work in the clinical programs;
  • Coordinate with the Advocacy team on the community mobilization in the program regions under supervision;
  • Keep track of partnership reports and compile reported information in necessary format;
  • Scale up scope of the services within AHF programs;
  • Ensure growth of the census and regional coverage without losing the quality of the programs;
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
