AHF is currently seeking a Part Time Medical Assistant for our Broward and Miami Dade locations. We offer a competitive salary and a great work environment. Candidates must be available to work on weekday, evenings, and weekends.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Participation in AHF Meetings/Committees
Attends Testing Counselor’s Meeting.
Attends other Prevention meetings as assigned.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Skills & Abilities/Qualifications
•Previous experience with medical front office a plus.
•Ability to work at various healthcare centers required.
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
•Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program with certification.
•Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) License Required.
•Valid Driver License with proof of liability insurance.
•National Medical Assistant Certification
