The position contributes to the success of the organization through monitoring, operating, installing and maintaining telecommunication systems and equipment. By troubleshooting the different types of hardware or software problems ensures that systems perform in a matter that best meets AHF needs and objectives. Managing AHF's Telecom projects and Vendors as well as working with Multiple Telecom Vendors will help with addressing any AHF Customer Facing issues resulting in better company wide communication.
Utilizing established project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and Leadership expectations using the appropriate tools. This person improves and maintains the Company’s Avaya VoIP telephone system, VoIP network infrastructure and circuits for voice communications. This role will also be responsible for all IVR administration, deployment and mapping of the call flows, documenting all business requirements and process changes and routing.
