    The Human Resource Manager (HRM) will provide day to day support, guidance and mentorship in all aspects of Human Resource Management. The HRM should also have the knowledge of the country/local labor laws in South Africa Bureau (Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia, Zimbabwe and any other countries that AHF may expand into).

    The HRM is responsible for talent acquisition, on-boarding process, HR procedures and policies. Ultimately, the HR Manager will be well organized and will facilitate HR documentation, process and procedures in the countries and Bureau.

    By being a team player, through good interpersonal relations and communication with staff, the HRM will help foster the use of appropriate HR policies, practices, procedures and communication enhancing the experience of the staff in the South Africa Bureau. In addition, providing feedback to the CPM/CPD; Bureau Chief and Headquarters HR about how to improve process, practice and procedure will allow the team members to enhance their contribution.

    The HRM adds consistent value to the countries and Bureau by adapting to various situation with ease and by being flexible.
