    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Includes the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

     

    Under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager: 

    • Implements maintenance projects. 
    • Assists with the resolution of maintenance problems and aids in improving maintenance methods.
    • Informs reports generated on maintenance progress, materials used and costs. 
    • Maintains daily verbal contact with Facilities Manager on facilities updates.
    • Receives maintenance and store-related supplies and delivers to locations as assigned. 
    • Drives and manages company vehicles and ensures that they are properly maintained on schedule.

    Participation in AHF Meetings/Committees

    Attends OTC Staff Meetings as assigned.
