    Specific Responsibilities include:

    • Oversight for clinical and programmatic adherence to all grant and contract requirements and provisions.
    • Ongoing monitoring of clinical results and outcomes, and preparation of reports thereof.
    • Maintenance of overall clinical and administrative quality assurance for the department.
    • Development and implementation of appropriate clinical evaluation protocols as required.
    • Maintenance of clinical partnerships as required and needed, such as the provision of leadership for the local computerized case management system.
    • Direct clinical supervision of the nutrition, housing, and case management team leaders, and direct supervision of all other case management staff.
    • Participation in the Management Team.


    Job Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of HIV/AIDS and the range of local, state, and federal programs that provide benefits to people with HIV/AIDS.
    • Demonstrated experience in clinical management of a multi-task, social services agency or department.
    • Ability to articulate and implement a comprehensive clinical vision and strategy for the agency.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing community relations and the solicitation of consumer input in program design.
    • Demonstrated experience in the clinical evaluation of existing programs, and in the strategic development of new services designed to meet consumer needs.
    • Demonstrated experience in adherence to quality assurance protocols.
    • Master’s Degree with 10 years related management experience. LISW preferred.
