The Maintenance Technician contributes to AHF by projecting and integrating our mission and values, to the public through preventative maintenance of both leased and owned properties for the Western Bureau as well as maintaining property and performing renovations as needed.
The Maintenance Technician should perform regular electrical and mechanical inspections, at AHF locations, and detect any malfunctions, conduct repairs and refurbishing properties. The Maintenance Technician should always comply with industry standards and safety conditions. Duties also includes collaborating with the Director of Asset Management/Real Estate Portfolio, Finance and departments on functionality of machinery and equipment.
