    The Revenue Cycle Manager plays an important role in supporting AFH’s Revenue Cycle Department. This is a key role and responsible for maximizing the collection of medical services payments and reimbursements and for the development, implementation and administration of policies and procedures relating to the revenue cycle and the practice management system. The Revenue Cycle/Billing Manager is a member of the Management Team and works closely with the CFO, ACFO, and Controller as it relates to strategy, trends and forecasting.

    The Manager of Revenue Cycle is responsible to lead and oversee the revenue management and drive strategies for maximizing payment while continuously improving and streamlining current company systems and processes. To determine appropriate and effective performance metrics and staff requirements for the RCM function to run with efficiency, accuracy and outstanding customer service. While providing a high level of strategic and operational support to ensure seamless execution of claims and collections operations. As well as develop and lead effective cross-functional provider credentialing and enrollment process.

    The Revenue Cycle Manager will possess strong communication and customer service skills; must be able to work with internal and external customers in a professional manner
