    Your contribution to our success:

    • Manage AHF University LMS and other LMS systems utilized by AHF.
      • New employee assigned curriculum and completion tracking
      • Annual required training tracking and compliance for audit and departmental requirements
      • Reporting
    • Ensure professional license and certifications, continuing education and annual workforce requirements are met.
    • Facilitate education and tracking of AHF’s Career Development Program, communication and tools.
    • Drive corporate initiatives and values through learning and development.
    • Design training materials to include e-learning modules, job aids, 'Train the Trainer', etc.
    • Plan, organize, and conduct formal classroom and field training sessions as needed. 
    • Define and implement process improvements, tools and technology to enhance processes for learning execution.
    • Utilize AHF Intranet for training initiatives and communication.
    • Oversee and manage training vendors on the creation and building of training materials.
    • Coordinate training enrollments and/or records for reporting. 
    • Measure the impact of various learning programs to ensure the appropriate business outcome is derived. Assess opportunities for continued improvement, set goals and establish metrics for success.
    • Build strong relationships with internal partners to assess needs and develop / implement specialized learning programs.
    • Collaborate on special projects related to the development and continued education of AHF’s talent.
    • Focus on Engagement and Retention initiatives.

     

    What you’ll need:

    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required, Master’s Degree strongly preferred.
    • Minimum 8 years ‘experience in developing and implementing training courses and programs.
    • Knowledge of adult learning principles.
    • Knowledge of eLearning software and multi-media tools for learning
    • Strong proficiency MS Office programs.
    • Healthcare background strongly preferred.
    • Ability to be agile in the “classroom setting”
    • Strong project management skills
    • Ability to function effectively in a demanding and fast-paced environment
    • Ability to travel to all AHF locations as needed up to 40% of the time.
